We are very excited to share that we have officially moved to our brand new facility at 14th & Pine Lake Streets in Southwest Lincoln — 1220 Aries Drive, Lincoln, NE 68512!
Housed within a 12,000 square-foot building, our 2,000 square feet of clinic space provides plenty of room for blending the art and science of movement. Both my in-depth movement evaluation and treatment therapies as well as my objective data collection technology, which includes 3D motion capture and force plates, will be accomplished at the highest level in this space.
This never-been-occupied office also offers a safe space to continue to work toward your pain and performance goals during the COVID-19 mitigation efforts. Given that I practice in a way that allows me to spend significant time with each of my patients — a key to real, lasting improvement — the foot traffic in our clinic is extremely low with limited to no patient cross over.
Obviously, continuing to stay open is a decision I’ve taken very seriously and continue to reassess daily. I feel it is important that I do my part to lighten whatever load I can for my colleagues throughout the medical community.
I also practice in a way that allows me to earn tremendous results with patients without physical contact, and I am happy to accommodate everyone’s comfort level. My system, grounded in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, uses the body’s own movement for purposes of creating mobility where needed or increasing strength and coordination where needed without requiring hands-on treatment.
Here is our list of protocols at this point to continue to contribute to COVID-19 mitigation.
- Move into a brand new, never-been-occupied facility — check!
- Never have more than five (5) people in the space at one time — me, Ashlee (office manager) and one patient at a time.
- Screen patients with the following questions. If you answer yes to any of these, please call us before coming for your appointment.
- Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
- Have you come in close contact with someone or an area where there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Do you have symptoms of respiratory illness — cough, fever over 100 degrees, sore throat, shortness of breath?
- Please stay in your car until the time of your appointment.
I know many of you are disappointed that events, gatherings and competitions have been canceled, but I want to encourage you to take this time to work on the things you’ve been pushing off. You have a great opportunity to prioritize your self-care and performance goals, and I am here to help however I can.
I appreciate your continued support, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

As you know, our purpose is to offer the best quality of service to our patients and put your interests first — PERIOD. As I have told many of my patients, with every evaluation and treatment I conduct I always ask myself: “If it was me, my wife, my kids or my parents, what would I do or recommend in this situation?”
To answer these questions in regards to COVID-19, we will invoke the following procedures as of Monday, March 16, 2020.
Every person entering Lincoln Performance and Sports Medicine and Pine Lake Health will be asked the following screening questions prior to their visit:
- If you have recently traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
- Have you come in close contact with someone or an area where there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Do you have symptoms of an upper or lower respiratory illness?
- Do you have a fever of 100 degrees or above?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, please be in communication with Ashlee.
In cooperation with Pine Lake Health it is likely all persons coming into the office will also have their temperature taken before entering the facility. Given that we currently share an office with Pine Lake Health, I want to assure you that they are taking every precaution necessary as well, screening patients in the same manner.
With these immediate actions in place, we are also doing everything we can to move up our move-in date to our new facility. In case you haven’t heard, our new building will be located at 14th and Pine Lake Streets. We began construction on the 12,000-square-foot building last fall. It will include LPSM as well as Kratos Performance and Fitness. Sharing this space will allow the two businesses to cooperate to create a truly unique experience — the next standard in conservative health care and sports performance. We are proud to be the first to bring this to the state of Nebraska!
While we originally planned to move in April, we are aiming to enter early on March 23 — possibly without a front desk, but worth the effort and inconvenience to help keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Please contact us at (402) 480-7070 with any questions or to schedule. You are also welcome to schedule online.
Please be on the lookout for updates as things become more clear!
Thank you and be well.
